Brad Silveria is the government agency representative on the KLMC Board, and the first person to serve in this new role on the Board.
Brad is a Lieutenant with the ABC Investigator/Police Officer with Louisville Metro Department of Codes and Regulations. He is the supervisor of Enforcement Investigators.
Brad is the immediate past president of Carpenters Local 2501 and Business Agent for the UBC Industrial Council. He attended collective bargaining training at the School for Workers at the University of Wisconsin. During his time in the labor movement, he negotiated as lead negotiator collective bargaining agreements at Dorel Juvenile Group (500+ Members) and Masterbrand (2000+ Members) including the current Carpenter’s CBA with Louisville Metro that is set to expire in 2021. He also served as a national delegate to the Fraternal Order of Police National Convention in 2019 and was a national delegate for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters Convention in 2015.
Brad has an associates degree in criminal justice and graduated magna cum laude in 2020 from the FOP Free College Program. He is also currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in criminal justice at Central State University.
Brad has been married to his beautiful wife, Jennifer, for almost 10 years and they have two beautiful and mean daughters, Maya, who is 13 and Emmy Ray, who is 5.
